Sometimes when you have a giant to-do list...

The only logical thing to do is spend 15 minutes taking silly pictures of yourself with a giant salad, am I right or am I right?

This salad was supposed to be your run of the mill spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette, goat cheese and craisons. Except I couldn't find craisons at the grocery store instead I found dried currents, because that's totally the same. Maybe.

But then when I was making said run of the mill spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette, goat cheese and craisons except not craisons but currents I realised I also had an avocado, left over caramelised onion and capsicum, olives, and cherry tomatoes.

Sometimes you gotta go with the flow, yo.

That salad sounds totally THE YUM. I wish I had a refrigerator big enough to house real food like you've got! Who invented mini fridges for apartments anyhow? SIGH.

I'm not into spinach salad but I sure like how you spend your time. Eating and taking pictures :) Giant to-do lists can wait for just a little while.

I hate spinach , Popeye the sailor man is bullshit.

Ev Rev - Oh that totally sucks! I had an apartment once with a mini fridge - it is terrible! The upside is the lack of freezer cuts down on ice cream consumption.

DDG - Not into spinach salad? I understand, I feel ya.

Blacksnow - Don't hold back, tell me how you really feel. :)

I don't even know what half the ingredients in your salad actually are. I think I'm forgetting English. Or maybe I was just never smart enough to know those words to begin with.

Kyle - is it craisons (dried cranberries)? or capsicum (Australian for bell peppers)? Because I probably wouldn't know those words either :)

I'm suddenly in the mood for a salad. Currants are definitely not Craisins. I'm sure it was delicious! I've had the procrastination bug too. Sucks.
