What would you do right now if you could do anything?

My bestest friend asked me this question today. Do you know what my answer was? Make a smoothie.

Of all the things in the world, this is what I wanted to do. I didn't want to go anywhere. I didn't want to be anywhere. I just wanted a smoothie.

I find this, well, frankly, impressive. I mean the options are endless, I could have said "I want to be lying on the rug at home with puppies" or "riding horses" or "cuddling with Inspector Climate" or "discovering the recipe for the best gluten free bread that tastes like gluten." I have options because have I mentioned the FREEDOM? The glorious freedom that has rendered me happy. Who knew it existed? Today as I kissed Inspector Climate goodbye on my doorstep he said "you must be happy, a month ago you would've cried when I left and begged me to stay longer." Happiness, Hello, old friend.

And so here I sit on my bed. After a day of yoga-ing, cooking, and looking for jobs. And the only thing I want is a smoothie.

That, bitches, is success.
