(Updated) Let's talk...but anonymously...???

***Updated: I apologise profusely if you stopped by and couldn't get the form to work, it should be up and running now! Sorry! I am a bit computer illiterate...

As part of my life list... I wanted to knit fingerless gloves. Behold them!

I mean granted, it's been over 100 degrees for the past two days - so I am not going to have a GREAT use for them immediately. But they're cute, right?

Also as part of my life list, I've wanted to get more involved in the blogging community. So, I became a big sister. But I've been contemplating for a long long while on this little idea I had...and I was just wondering if any of you are interested in joining me? See we all have stuff that we can't write about on our own blogs for whatever reason. Whether it's work, family, our spouses, or whatever it is for you. But writing is such a good outlet to let loose about that kind of thing. So, I thought to myself, wouldn't it be cool if just once we could write about something we don't want put on our own blog and published some where else? Just to let it out there. An Anonymous blog swap. But I've been nervous that no one would want to participate and then I'd be left friendless and alone in the blogosphere...But it's time to be brave! So, I made this little survey thing...You can fill it out or just email me (my email address is over in the side bar).

  1. Love your gloves! Knitting is on my life list too. Not sure where it's 100 degrees, but I'm sure you're not where I live! Enjoy the warmth for me! : )

    Oh, I'm here via SITS!

  3. I've often thought about starting a side blog so that I could write a bit more freely. I'm such a control freak, though, I don't know how I'd feel about *hosting* someone else's piece on my blog. Like, what if my husband's grandmother read something on my blog and *thought* I wrote it. I think you're on to something... I'm *kinda* in. : )

Teacher Girl - Yay! I'll send an email out shortly.

Chris - I understand that, you could write one and not host one. That'd be ok too!

Anna - I am so excited about this.

  6. Your gloves are extremely cute! I can only knit things that are square or rectangular in shape. How long have you been knitting?

  11. 1. I love your gloves!

    2. I love your idea for an anonymous Blog! I have tried many times to do something like this but I always end up the only one writing on the darn thing... In fact I think I may have actually commented on your blog from one of my anonymous blog names (I've been reading for a while)

Let me know if you go through with this and want a guest post!

  12. Jummy - I've been knitting for a while, but these gloves are actually just a rectangle just sewn together on edge! Easy!

Kate - Well, gloves can be very cute! and warm.

Red Boots - it takes practice, I started off knitting hats because they are fairly easy and simple projects.

Krysten - I wish I could've sent you some heat!

Diana - thanks! I hope you join in.
