You ask and you shall receive...

Last week, I wrote about waiting. And amid all that waiting I may have mentioned my "interview outfit"...and a bunch of you commented that you wanted to see it. I tried to take a second picture so you could see the polka dots, but they're very small. And it's hard to believe, but yes, I did just iron it.

So behold.

Also. Ted Mosby has hair. Lots of it. True Story.

Dang, girl, you walk into that interview with your hands on your hips like that and they'll have no choice but to give you the job!

Pfft...first I'm mad because you are skinny!
Second, I love the outfit. I so badly want to rock a skirt at work, but yeah...I'm too self conscience.

Um, envious of your curly hair. Just saying.

professional, yet cheery. i like it! it's been so hard for me to find that right presentation of self for each interview with my clothes. i think i need a black skirt like that. hmmm... say, we should start an unemployed support group! :)

Hi Deidre, I came by to thank you for your visit on my SITS day. What a fun blog you have! And I saw in your profile that you've been doing this since 2003. That's amazing. I just read a few posts, and I look forward to reading more. Good luck with the interview, and thanks again for your comment on Wednesday!

The Zadge - hah! I'll try that next time. Just strike a pose until they say "You're hired!"

Ms Wasteland - Aw, thank you!!

Brandi - Exactly, I want to be memorable but professional!

Oneika - hahaha, Aw, thank you! The two syllable Damn, that's dream ;)

Teacher Girl - Thank you! very sweet of you!

Crystal - I tried but all you could really see was washed outness. I think I'd need a better camera than my laptop one. I had an interview on friday!! I'm not sure how it went.

Emily Jane - Thank you!!

Mil - well, if the opportunity presents itself, I am sure I wouldn't say no. Hah, I was just trying to make sure the length of the skirt go in there.

Day 2 Day living - do it! I wear skirts all the time, it'll only seem weird at first, but I bet you get used to it quick!

Nora - Thanks!

Kimbirdy - that black skirt is a most, it professionalises any outfit. can we PLEASE have a support group!

Katie - thank you so much for stopping by! Yay, I'm so glad you like what you've seen.

Yeah, you'd want subtle polka dots for your interview shirt.
